Once you have purchased a ride, we will contact you within 24 hours (you can also email us immediately) to discuss a time slot.

Please give us at least 48 hours before your ride, so we can give you your time slot of choice (it sometimes gets really busy).

If your travel arrangements to the UAE change, we will keep your purchase valid for six months within date of purchase.

​

You will have the option of gifting or transferring your purchase to a friend provided you email us and clearly instruct us to do so.
